Actually there could be a marvelous story if the information provided in the October 28th news release (excerpt attaced) is for real and wasn't just another prelude to the fund raising which we most recently experienced. (by the way this is the usual pre-fund raising pattern over the last 5+ years).My only concern at this point is that the progress referred to in the release is

A new year -- and new hopes that FEB finally........Before summer above 2 dollar as company manage to sign some real dealsOr .... they do not and the stock falls apart to single cents
