Well, although it is normal for people to look for a scapegoat for low stock prices, this company was never a promotion oriented vehicle, and non of the insiders blew off their stock. they also kept thin going through some major market crashes and came out the other end with some great technologies, the fact that the time lines are longer that investor fatigue is willing to tolerate is what is

sell it! ... I plan to accumulate more under .15 ... it looks like Functional Technologies found a very good niche and will do it very well  ... JMHO
