Change is always good.

Hope that this allows the company to move forward in an organized fashion.

Seems that these two did not have the proper background, and were not effective in managing the business.  But then not sure that there is anyone left that's suitable either.

Either the rats are leaving the sinking ship, or .....preferred - they where forced to leave (in that case too late!) Time is running out. No financing possibilities. Miracle needed

The company could certainly use more industry experience in senior management now that its products are coming to market. The legacy advisors and also recent appointees (this past year) advisory board reflect some heavy hitters in every respect and should be a channel to bring in those type of people. This management change should reflect a new chapter in the company's evolution and hopefully, ...more

Unless the advisory group is hands-on, nothing will change.   What prevented them from doing this in the first place?  Like the old adage:  "If they're not part of the solution, they're part of the problem".  The company doesn't need more advisors, they need proper management and team in place for the company to execute its sales & marketing plan ...more

It appears that the German office is no longer part of the operation.  The contact info for Phyterra was an office in Germany last month, but now shows the BC mailing address with what is probably a PEI phone number Appears the operations are being wound down.   The Functional website still mentions a sales office in Stuttgart, but doesn't appear to be the case anymore.
