No use trying to figure out who is buying or selling. If against the odds they manage to reconstruct the company debt the stock is worth 10 times, 30 times, or 50 times current price. If not - it is wort zero, nil, nada =0. Odds are not good and even if they manage to restructure there is a lot of job to be done and it will take time! Buyers are aiming for the simple calculation of, maybe 20 ...more

Some large buyers who buy through Mackie (house # 83) and Canaccord (house # 33) sure do like the prospects here as they bought a nice chunk of shares yesterday ! - Time & Sales REALTIME   Price Size Mkt Time  Buy Sell   0.015 100,000 TSXV 15:59:07  001  ...more

It's simple. Our largest debtor ACOA is not even in discussions. Just getting them to the table is worth a double (.04) here. If they cooperate and join the party they will also win and the sky,s the limit from here for reasons we all know.  Someone has a hate on and who couldn't forgive that given he behaviour of our former CEO. But to cut off your own nuts really takes some cajones  ...more

Definitely the former CEO  and VP have to take the brunt of the blame, but we shouldn't overlook the lack of spine from the current board, the interim CEO for letting it get to this serious state.  Also, the advisory board wasn't much of any use.  What great advice did they offer this past year?? The management team should also take responsibilty - which includes the role ...more

ACOA has no reason to stay in discussion if the company isn't going to honor their agreement.  The company was to payoff $400k to start, and followed by further payments - which they agreed and signed to. But typical of what we have seen this past year, the company is less than honorable.  Likely this was a strategy from the start, which wasn't the best choice, and it's the ...more

Doesn't the former president and COO have a historical role in this and might also have a part to play in its solution?
Comment by Felix666 on Jun 01, 2013 8:17pm
Seems like you are a lot closer to what's going on. There was an attempt last year when the company wanted to work with the former president and COO to resolve the situation with ACOA, but fell through because the company decided to 'manage' this themselves with ACOA - which led them to the situation they're in now.  The company decided to 'walk' away from $$$ of ...more

Well back in January, I expected that they may not make the first payment, and no surprises, since there wasn't much of a business plan in place.   Couple of days to go to see if the company is able to get themselves out of this mess, but we shareholders need a long term plan that's properly managed and executed.   There may be some key shareholders willing to rescue the stock ...more
