Another Pump Coming Or Not?

This one is either gearing up for another pump, or it's on it's last legs.

Anyone know if these guys have a patent on their technology?  I can't seem to find anything on this anywhere.

Hard to protect your business if there is no patent.  So what's up?  Is this dead, or just playing possum? PNP41

Patent? on making dirt??/..lol..you kidding me?? Now what I know is that what they put in the feed along with the raw materials is what makes the worms eat faster. that is the trick. as for another run? Why not they are getting real customers now. The process looks great to me on how the build up is taking place. Sprout deal is just the start it seems to me.. As for Patent..I think that would be ...more

Sorry, I'm going to have to pass on this one.  I thought there would be another pump coming out of this one, but with no patent on any technology they may or may not have, then this one is pretty much fertilizer, pardon the pun, lol.Very insignificant contracts to add to their bottom line, and with close to 100 million shares outstanding, this one is pretty much going the way of their ...more

On come on about the patents... this isn't the pharma biz! They need sales. They now have the cost-saving facilty to produce. I highly doubt one can patent worm doo. Maybe they can trademark worm tea, but this technology has probably been around for centuries imo. cheers

I hear you vrock.  Maybe I didn't express my point the right way.  In order to have a far reaching product, with possible global impact, you need something that no one else can have or make.Since FTE does not produce a product that is trademarked, or patented, they will inevitably have competition.  If the competition sees profit in this product line, they will either buy them ...more

Obviously you have not done your homework. To produce the product we are tallking about takes a lot of expertise. The expertise is the protection. After touring this facility I am very pleased to see that the end product will always be the same product. Exactly what the end user will need in order to have a mix that works exactly the same each time. Before this product came to where it is today ...more

You tell them PHEO!...The patent is in what they put with the feed. now that's  the trick how to make the worms happy and eat all they can as much as they can all the time. Like fire wood. you don`t need a patent for that yet you can make millions selling it..all you need is the forrest and the know how on how to split the logs. The know how on the poo is already established all they need ...more

Yup, there are a lot of secret recipes around, just like the secret that goes into FTE's "POOP", lol. What it means is that if they make money on a large scale, it will be duplicated by large corporations with lots more money than FTE.  Since there's no possible way of patenting or protecting their process, or "recipe", then there no "Barriers to Entry ...more

Your knocking yoruslef cold.. hey Loblaws, Metro and every other nursery out there sells a combined 2 billion$$ a year in "JUST DIRT" and compost products alike.. you think thye have a magic soil? At least this stuff is proven to work and work great. I say let them worry about it so long the orders are there and they get their fair share of the pie I'm all for that. This stock is so ...more

I'm not knocking myself cold here dildo.  I'm just stating facts. You stated the same fact I've been trying to convey here, which is, FTE is trying to sell "JUST DIRT".  Those were your own words, and it looks like you know it, but you just don't want to understand the ramifications of selling a differentiated product that does not have a patent protection.What ...more
