Weedman

This post is based only on my thoughts but I figured I would share.  There have been talks on this board in the past of a possible contract between Forterra and Weedman.  Yesterday when I logged into Stockhouse to check FTE the page top banner was an ad for Weedman.  If you use Stockhouse regularily you will have seen that the majority of the ads relate to the specific stock you are viewing (copper, moly, gold etc) or are general investment type ads (brokerages, trainging/tips etc).  Weedman (Turf Management Systems Inc.) I do not believe to be a publicly traded company so why advertise on an investment website?  If I am wrong on the status of Weedman and it is a publicly traded company then ignore my theory but if I am correct maybe there is something to the rumors of a possible FTE-Weedman contract.

they are test marketing it as we speak.  They are not stupid thay have to amke sure they cna sell it en masse before they make the big plunge. everyone who has a huge distribution pipeline like they do would do the same. 9 otu fo 10 homes is the GTA will have this stuff sprayed on their lawn.

I sent an e-mail to Weedman Toronto about their Nature's Touch line and it is made by Sarritor: https://www.sarritor.ca/index.html According to the Sarritor website the product will be sold by Agrium Advanced Technologies: https://www.agriumat.com/ca/

I scoured the internet looking up Sarritor and Nature's Touch. It appears that the Sarritor product is only used to kill dandelions and other related weeds. Would their product work beyond weed management? It's application needs specific directions to work well and the pest management regulatory agency put out these directions for use: https://pr-rp.pmra-arla.gc.ca/PR_SOL/pr_web.ve1 ...more

Thanks for the follow up staolin. It does appear that Sarritor is used for weed control and after viewing the online flyer for the product on the Weedman website; it seems as though Sarritor may be just one product in Weedman's Nature Touch line of products; in this case weed control. https://www.weedmancanada.com/pdf/Sarritor_Flyer.pdf I guess I will continue to hold out hope for the ...more
