Baby Steps

I trully believe the wet / cold spring has slowed things down.

Good news with Lambert Pete Moss but this kind of news isn't going to send the stock to the moon like were hoping.  Its a small contract with the potential for more sales or a multi year deal later in 2009 or 2010.

Things still seem to be progressing nicely with FTE and the IR's comments about operating capacity etc was great clarification.

I think they are on the right track and we could see a bunch more deals like this one in the near term.

Here's to hoping a big contract is inked soon .... I think its Weedmans turn to make some headlines.

Cheers,

Wadman

Now that the worm castings sales are beginning to pick up, maybe the weather will too :)  Great to see the company generating new sales - hopefully we'll see plenty more as the growing season progresses.GLTA - HJ

It is good to see that they have got ins with at least a few companies. It is too bad that all the trial runs by companies are not bearing fruit this year. I am excited for the Fall and next year to see if they pick up any big distribution contracts. I had hoped it would take off in the near future, but that does not seem to be the case. Oh well! I'm still way ahead from where I jumped in, at ...more

"As previously disclosed, we also have sold product to a number of othermajor national and regional service companies and manufacturers offinished product. These companies are currently carrying out trialsthat will last for some months and that we hope will lead to ordersthat most likely would mainly begin in 2010," said Mr. Denyes."

I think Mr. Denyes has invariably been highly optimistic in all his public pronouncements to this point, as well. That is something to consider when reading that statement.

staolin you do realize that:".....These companies are currently carrying out trials that will last for some months and that we hope will lead to orders that most likely would mainly begin in 2010."and:".....It is too bad that all the trial runs by companies are not bearing fruit this year....."do not mean the same thing.I would take that what is said in the first part by Mr ...more

Its important to remember that Forterra is still considered a developmental stage company and the mere fact that companies are conducting trials with the products IMHO means (for all of us) the best is yet to come.  :)GLTA - HJ
