Management

Where do you begin here?  The Board has put up money to keep the lights on, but continue to mismanage horribly.  The annual report reads like a car wreck.  Legal action by landlords?  When was the last time a significant sale was announced with volumes or dollars?  They have been public for 3 years without making any real sales?  Stock will only move on sustained sales.  Even at .025 this is no bargain if they can't actually sign a contract.

Decent volume in stock the last few days.  One would think it would not take much for the stock to triple.  All they need is sales and some press. Share price is so low that the only direction it can go is up.  Recent volume either reflects your optimism, or bargain hunters, OR the rats fleeing a sinking ship.

Speaking of rats it's starting to smell like there are rat pumpers around.
