Wait till the criminal investigation in mgmt "impr

Rick and the gang will not be able to hide- not even the lawyers in downtown TO that invested $$ behind this company. Seizing of bank account is only the start. Hopefully they will get what is coming their way. You could only go so long not paying suppliers, taxes, rent, salaries and then hope your $12k quarterly sales will be enough to cover all. The hot dog cart on the street has more sales then this company. Deception has its punishment.

Is failure criminal?  I am sure they have done all the legal requirements, protecting the board without really protecting shareholders or making any sales.  How are the worms?  Without food and moisture they will die pretty quickly.  On the balance sheet they list worms as being worth $230,000.  How can inventory be valued at $430,000?  At their current sales pace ...more

answer is nope!  You know going in this was a crap shoot.  They are no different then a minning company that is small and raises money to drill holes only to not get much.  they have not failed. just a pause. watch back upto a dime then you'll have a different story to tell on how you were shaken out of your stock.

This is a rare instance where the company's inventory can multiply and "grow itself".  They have valued the inventory at 230k but claim that it has increased in size (via reproduction).  That is my understanding. However, what good is inventory if it cannot be sold? There is an old saying..."production minus sales equals scrap".

Why not just straight up buy the inventory, some worms and some trays? Then all you need is a small warehouse to experiment with optimal temperature, lighting, feed and humidity before you start to produce a ton of castings. Sell and distribute samples with the current inventory slowly and at a big premium to hobby gardeners and at local markets. By the time you figure things out on the production ...more

Are you nuts?Nobody with reap or harvest anything.  This was a loser idea from the get-go.  It is easy for me to say that, I don't own any stock and am not biased. This company was started as a knock-off of Terracycle (the worm poop company that marketed their products to hobby gardeners via Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Target, etc.).Terracycle has been delisted at Home Depot USA and Canada. ...more

" It may work better but that doesn't mean it is a financially viable product!"I agree. I've tried the worm castings at $25 a 20lb bag and I've tried a comparisson against 40lb bags of sheep manure compost at $4 a bag and they both did great and about the same results other than using two bags of sheep crap to 1 bag of worm crap. Why would anyone pay 3 times as ...more

How about this one....don't I already have worms taking a dump in my soil???  If so, why do I need to buy more worm feces?!?!  I mean, if taking a dump on a lawn makes that much of a difference I don't think I have any further need for a toilet!  I'll just hand my a$$ out the window!Heck, I bet I could generate more revenues selling my feces in a three month period than ...more
