Drifting lower

This stock has been drifting lower more than the sector. The stock has become lifeless. Breaking below support levels.

During the last nine trading days, it had one up day only by one cent two flat days

The stock has broken below the 50--day SMA like the whole sector. But it is decline is a little more aggressive as it has failed to rally on up days like other stocks in the sector. This stock ran up on massive volume but in the last two weeks, the volume has dropped. There is a lack of interest in the sector during this period but a lot more in this stock.

One of the factors could be concerns about increased covid cases and restrictions. The announcement for the Nasdaq listing was premature. Did not give the timelines but has created an overhang on the stock. The second listing will increase interest in the stock but the company is not technically ready for it.  You cannot list a penny stock. This would require at least 2 or more times reverse split. History shows that the reverse splits are usually bad for the stock price as the stock usually drops further which and makes investors nervous.

The stock is becoming oversold now. RSI is at 36 under 30 it will start to generate an oversold signal. At lower prices, the stock may attract buyers. Some buyers will still be reluctant and may wait for a reverse split. The stock should have good support at 200 days sma which is under  $1.00.

No comment on the technical analysis but the general statement that "rs are bad" is either bad faith or a misunderstanding of the type of rs that are bad for stakeholders. rs to stay on a listing? Horrible. On the other hand, RS to uplist has many examples of being a good thing (e.g., These Companies Prove that Reverse Splits Can Be a Very Good Thing for Stakeholders (accesswire.com ...more
