old story ....the stock is going nowhere , ACT does not have any warrants left until June 2023 were he can become the  major shareholder ...

You do know that another company or act can outright take them over right? And with the rest of the act warrants for 2023 and no dilution that way, now the rest of us have a chance to profit from the sp going up as the company keeps growing
