i read that also Red but several times ACT has mention that they will not move until cannabis become legal in the US ...that will not happen before several years IMHO ....and it also imply becoming the majority partner in FAF ...so far June 30 th 2023 is the set date for their last control warrant ...but what will happen if at that date it is still not legal in the US at the federal level ????
