Red ....let's see the reverse split comming before the end of this year -10 to 1 -for something like $ 9. Will bring big new players at a very attractive price ..then some US acquisition...then the slow moving progress toward legalisation etc... since the beginning it is a matter to be willing to wait 2-3 more years ...and that is exactly what i am doing ....ACT is a master of that game ...more

Hi Serge ! 2-3 years, it's too long for me ! And a expect many US retailers will appears with legalization. ATC will accept the reverse split 10-1 !? Seems to me way to high !!! For me, better wait for legalization in some states, before Nasdaq listing ! Because I think the legalization road look like a bumpy road ! I am ready to sell all and take my little lost at 0,90-0,92 ! Only my O !

since day one by looking at the warrants timing and the time it will take to get closer to some form of legalisation in the US i knew in my gut that it will take 3 years....and i have a profund respect for ACT .. i own their stock for the last 5 years in my book it is an amazing company with sharp bussiness mind ....i do beleive in them ..may be i am wrongand only time will tell ...you shouls at ...more
