Thinking of jumping in, can someone explain the share co a share consdooidatikn and American uplifting?  Has the consdolidation already happened and when is the uplist? Thanks.

uplisting to NASDAQ is this month . Big plan starting this month also is to open several new stores inside Ciecle K ( own by CT ). Low cost insertion in their network of several new stores consolidating also the desire for CT to becoming the major shareholder ...then sky is the limit ...FAF should do very well -doubling ?-in 2022 .

They won't sell any THC in circle k. Couche-Tard has a deal with Canopy Growth to sell non THC vapes in Circle K. Being on NASDAQ will make FAF short more. No THC product will be sold in a convenience store. What FAF plan to do is to open stores near some Circle k location. It is not a buy rioght now.  Canopy Growth to offer CBD vapes for sale in Circle K stores Alimentation
