Any thoughts on how the new ATD agreement with GTII in the US will integrate with FAF?

Before putting up a ton of money ACT is trying the market both in Canada and the US . Looking at the December 16 th meeting -the change in their last Warrant -ACT should by more FAF stock and own around 42 %-2024 should see them becoming the majority leader and we may see them also buying GTII . What will happen then : both FAF and GTII may be integrated inside ACT in 2024-5
