According to things Keith N has said this year, It would have to be a really good offer. Keep in mind that 1) you can have competing bids in hostile takeovers and 2) First Majestic has enough cash on hand to take First Mining over if it wanted to. GLTA

Yes. If we account for dilution over that time, let's go back to 2015 when there were 105k outstanding shares. We are now about 8x the shares outstanding than back then. If it weren't for dilution, we would be easily over $1 per share today, then. So the market is basically saying that the value hasn't changed much since 2015 but the market is also probably not counting all the

In one interview Kieth said he wouldn't be happy with anything under $4. He also said he'd be more then happy to build these assets out to make it his 3rd huge success.

I'm convinced that the disconnect will remain until the disbelief improves (sort of like the old saying "the beatings will continue until morale improves"!), which seems obvious to say but the reality is that for all the amazing developments over the past several years, the amazing team that they have, and the fact that (it seems that) they are doing all the right things both
