I've also filed a complaint. I'm not sure how much good it will do though, seeing as the BCSC is already aware that FFT has not released an audited F2020 financial statement.

Revved101, perhaps you covere the same or similar matters with your filing as I did. Mine expands significantly beyond the non-filing of securities documentation and failure to complete financials. Goes back to divestiture of Nextech/E Gappelberg Future Farm relationship as well as flow of money from real estate transactions etc.

As an Arcturus entrant it was all about vertical farming then went rhough a bunch of different things to where it is now...was around when Nextech was acquired....thought it was an odd purchase because it was supposed to do MJ store displays...but I went out around then and actually bought into NTAR because their tech intrigued me.
