Why so silent?

FGD, as it sits today, has sat silent since the NR. FGD isn't even registered with the Commission!! You're not getting money, royalties, NOTHING. Don't let people give you false hope. They are the pumpers. Just collecting a paycheque and saving shirts. Class Action all the way.

Did you started the process? Someone can provide any info? I live in Canada and someone said that is better to work with lawyers from states, but I didn’t get any replies from the lawyers mentioned on this board.

We don't get pennies for class action lawsuit against fgd we have  file class action lawsuit against Andre Atwrue and All former directors.

To start a class action we need to get organized and pool some money. Not long ago I posted on the FB group a reply from a lawyer I have contacted. I'm posting his response below. Will keep his name out, since I have not asked him for permission to reveal his name.
