https://www.capitalmarketstribunal.ca/sites/default/files/2022-09/rad_20220915_first-global_merits.pdf There is no real mention of share holders in this so far, presume a class action would have to be started for the share holders once this phase is completed with the debenture holders.Have a look at 10. CONCLUSION the last two pages 128,129

In the sanctions and costs hearing there was some discussion about the share holders, Andre is tying to get the osc to agree to this deal of his, but Tim Moseley said no, and alluded to that these guys are only good for stealing money not making it. https://moneymoov.com/first-global-announces-proposed-sale-of-its-usa-subsidiary/ Global Bioenergy Resources Inc.
