Bond Interest and Principal Repayment

Any one else here experiencing bond interest payment defaults?

I believe that bondholders holding bonds coming due in November ($5.5 MM USD) will be offered a restructuring deal as they don't have the money to pay the bondholders. Yet there is nothing on their website about this.
