The greenhouse is huge. 400,000 sq ft, and they say they can grow 140,000 pounds per year. Anyone help me with these assumptions.... For Growing, I understand they want to have product produced in Q1 and can grow 80,000 plants at one time. My understanding is the growth lifecycle is approximately 90 days?? and if so, Q1 makes good sense. Would it be fair to say they could have 3 crops a year

I see FONE as an ideal acquisition target. The barrier to entry into Las Vegas is huge and there is no other greenhouse infrastructure in existance.  The state sets the tax on a set price per pound which eliminates vendors from undercutting prices , you can sell at $1800/lbs but you are going to get taxed at $2200/lbs. The price will be secured.  Nevada has done an excellent job

I agree with what you are saying motamota, but only to a point. One competitor that has been in operation in Vegas for over a year is TGIF recently changed name to 1933 Industries. They have strong sales from hemp based CBD products to over 400 retail stores. Good call getting into FONE -  Too cheap at these prices. I picked up more on the dip ($1.18) When multiple members of the board are picking up over $300k in stock at $1.60 you know its a steal

depending on strain - your grow cycle can be between 9-11 weeks. Add on another 2 weeks or so for drying/prep you could get 4-5 cycles per year. These guys would most likely do a perpetual cycle so the growing is staggered throughout the year. This will allow constant output of cannabis and steady revenue.
