Last time I checked most if not all companies grant options to key management and employees. Ok I admit that I'm a bit jealous about the options deal too but it is not a condition of receiving them to buy off the open market. What this insider bjying tells me and the broader market (especially the people involved in the 57 milion financing at $2) that they see the current price undervalued . ...more

Drd8 - I see this the opposite of you. Yes, they have lots of cheap founder shares, but if so, why would they put more money in. This is not about their ACB, this is about opportunity. If you bought a stock at a super low price, and now it is trading way higher,  why would you buy more shares? Likely because you like the opportunity.
