Does anyone have any insight why this stock is failing miserably ?

What i see is Covid,  Confusion, and Dilution.  We need to sell our product profitably and expand into other states without diluting the number of shares in play. regards payt

I can't foresee many scenarios where expansion happens without more diluting though. However , I'm still optimistic the leaders have a plan but patience is running thin.
