Quadravest updates NAVs to Jan 31

So FFN came in @$15.32 before distributions and $15.15 after.
FFN has gained another 6 Pennie's since then so commons now with a value of $5.21

Thanks Mouserman! Trying to remember: Which NAV (before or after distribution) do they use to determine if paying dividends on the common?
