I spoke to company rep about 2 week shutdown

I spoke to a rep today about a 2 week shutdown as read here, at the mine and he said the company would have to disclose that if it were true. Shouldnt they are annouced it as it happened of it was true, arent they regulated to do so?

 

Adding to my position, now at 3.4 million shares, .11 cts with an operating mine? Some exploration only companys have the same market cap! :)

Actually, they are not stopping because of shutdown, but because of breakdown
