Guarantee.

Today's NR basically guaranteed shareholders that they have a loss on their hands as they will never ever make money here or see their inve$tment again. They have gone to hat-in-hand operation. Begging.

NO.....it's not the same.....under the rules of bankrupsy, they would have someone overseeing what they are doing,,,,right now there is still a lot of money to be had,and they don't want any interference while they continue ,,,,and the pigs are at the trough,they still have to reverse split 20 or 30 for one,I,m sure that's next,,,,enough to make the share price high enough that they ...more

A reverse split may make the share price higher but will reduce the number of shares proportionately. The market cap will still be the same but there will be no more swill as you put it. The major shareholders and management will not benefit any more than you nor I if there is a split. In fact if history of consolidation tells us anything, the share price will drop even more leaving everyone's ...more
