Don't be foolish. You don't know? The share price would zoom to %4, the shareholders would get the axe, then they could change the name, issue a bunch of new shares, soap, rinse and repeat.

What exactly is%4? How would the shareholders get the axe? If one shareholder gets screwed they all get screwed including Boehlert, RCIV, West Face Capital etc.
