Dear Sir,

I am a sharehoder of FDN, recently the share price of FDN dropped a lot, I am wondering if there is something wrong with your company, and when the NI43-101 will be available ? Do you have an estimation about the CS deposit ?

HI Michael,

Thanks for your interest in Foundation Resources Inc.

Summer time is often a difficult time for the equity markets with brokers and fund managers on vacation. We can reassure you that there’s nothing fundamental wrong with the project nor the company – the NI 43-101 inferred mineral resource is on track for later this year.

We can’t give you an estimation but rest assured our shareholders should be pleased to see it soon. Hopefully FDN will realize at least its value in-situ from the gold resource once it’s done as well.
