Birch Hill Gold Corp. > Reasons why I dont like this deal

Reasons why I dont like this deal

1) The market didnt care about the Coldstream deposit as per our share price being at .10 and ATVs at .025, so why invest more into it

2) FDN now has to incur 100% of the exploration costs, while ATV gets to hold shares without spending additional $$

3) FDNs share count is creeping up and the low float was one of the reasons I really liked FDN

4) We are issuing shares like crazy at near all time lows, and will have to issue more to pay ATV in cash

5) My holding has been diluted due to poor working capital management on part of the company.

6) ATV was cash strapped, why not squeeze their hands a little longer?

Yes, I am going to sell my shares on the next run, because as much as I like coldstream, I dont like how dilluted my ownership in this company is

This is the time to get ...more

No, I invest around 30% of my equity into juniors ("This is the time to get getting everything at 50 - 60 percent discount to market!!!!"I totally agree, FDN is ...more
