Post consolidation

Well, there will be 5,225,000 post consolidation shares of FOG plus the 33,263,123 common shares and 14,825,786 restricted voting shares issued to Avisa. Total outstanding for the new company will be 53,313,000 shares.  

What will this technology be valued at?  It's hard to value the current Avisa as it is private and its technology is considered novel. What would the market cap be?

governments want reliable rapid tests to help prevent this virus from spreading and will eat this up ife it is proven effective.  The sky is the limit and that is probably why avista is wanting to have a fast track to being a public company: so that they can capitalize on this opportunity before it passes. Money will be thrown at this company to have an opportunity to have a piece of this ...more
