we should open before the takeover, but if we don't it is hard to say what will happen: all depends on the news that accompanies the reverse takeover. There will probably be a lot of interest in buyers wanting in on a public avista and once institutional buyers become aware of it, the sky is the limit.

I think they will move it higher, do the consolidation/reverse-takeover and drop a bit and do a financing. It is all speculation on my part, based upon what i have seen other stocks do, but unless you are an insider: all we can do is speculate on what the people in control of this stock will do.
