The rollback to get to a $4 or $5 US price would be big and really dilute the existing shareholders.  Feels like what they tried to do to Eduardo in the Facebook movie!

bloody nonsense...rollbacks do not dilute shareholders... it is additional financings that cause share dilution but if there is value creation there may not be any value per share dilution!.....

you can have public offerings where no new shares are issued and no proceeds are received ...it is simply a way to qualify the shares for trading on a new market......p.s. a shareholder vote is required to approve a shareholder consolidation rborhi wrote: Did you read today's news carefully?
