It appears this TO is not going to happen. Personally, I like the deal and currently a shareholder of both companies. IMO the poison pill is against the best interest of FRP shareholders and I was wondering if anyone is willing to share an opinion on this matter.

I am long in ELD and not a long time shareholder of FRP. I accumulated few thousand shares after the April TO proposal was announced and after doing some research on the Combian and Peruvian projects and of course Perama Hill.  Liked the deal and also was motivated by the idea of ultimately getting ELD shares at a discount price.
