It appears this TO is not going to happen. Personally, I like the deal and currently a shareholder of both companies. IMO the poison pill is against the best interest of FRP shareholders and I was wondering if anyone is willing to share an opinion on this matter.

I am long in ELD and not a long time shareholder of FRP. I accumulated few thousand shares after the April TO proposal was announced and after doing some research on the Combian and Peruvian projects and of course Perama Hill.
