On the negative side , employees in toronto may strike and $7.1 million less in cash ( $10.8 million) and the Corporation’s net working capital was $30.8M, compared to $40.0M at year-end in 2021.

The negative you reference for cash is the purchase of the Chatsworth building. Looks like net cash from Q2 to Q3 declined $6 million. The company had $5 milliion of FCF in the quarter. The building cost them almost $9million, and they bought almost $1 milion of shares. Almost explains it all. Cash holding in so well was positive. With plans to sell the building net cash should be close to $20 ...more

You have a very good point about the Chatsworthproperty  which management does not want to own. I agree - CHEAP and I have no concerns surrounding the company:)
