Do you happen to know how much equity he is contractually obligated to purchase? Regardless, a positive development. What is Marco doing selling 6500 shares at 0.65??   Needed a new washer/dryer?

Yes, from memory he needs to own 3X his salary adjusted for DSUs granted.  He has to have that in place by the time his 5 year anniversary with the Company comes about as I recall.   I suspect he has a short window to buy some shares before they enter discussions with both new potential secured lenders and the principal convert holders.
