TSX

Good news and support a companion stock consolidation / reverse split to attract larger investors.  However, they'll still need to fix the recurring quarterly earnout payments issue to AA (Chris, Sean, Pearl) that is resulting in continued share dillution (still net dillution regardless of NCIB).  They'll either need to insert a ceiling limit for how much the aforementioned can earn over the earnout period and/or put a share price floor at which earnout share based payments are calcuated.  This is a gap/ommision in the acquistiion agreement in section 2.3, which is resulting in a massive amount of shares being issued to AA based on current (and future consolidated) share price, results in a shift to the sliding scale of % of ownership in the company away from public shareholders + traiditonal private FANS ownership to AA.  Nobody thought the SP would hit these lows, and Chris et al are reaping the benefit that is disproportionate to the intended pay for performance regime.  Trust and intgrity in FANS and AA will continue to erode if they don't correct this ASAP.

If they fix the earnout payment issue, announce a new B2B deal in the near future in North America, do a share consolidation and uplist, I see this stock being attractive for larger and influential investors.

please, please, please. No share consolidation. I didn;t notice a reverse split in the announcement and the TSX has no minimum price. If a consolidation happens we current shareholders will never see a return on our money.  Consilidations are easy to short and no matter the reason behind it they are 99% of the time looked on as a negative for the company. So I fully expect these inept ...more

I've been looking at this stock for awhile to buy in. If there is a reverse split I would wait and buy in after the split. Look at what happened to the score after the reverse split. It went down but was then bought out. This has the potential to do the same thing but patience is necessary. If you bought at higher prices than it is currently try and ride it out and hope for a buy out. GLTA

I think you are over texting to something that was not brought up by the company. also why are you invested here if you feel the company is run by folks like you said?

OP mentioned consolidation. some listings require minimum shareprice (like the NASDAQ) and the only way to do that is a reverse split or actually make money. TSX does not require a minimum so I hope they do not go the way of a consolidation. Look at BRAG for how well that has gone. Just because I'm invested doesn't mean I can't complain about managements handling of how it has handled ...more

Do not see any mention of it in the press releases for the up list. Also you can not base what happens here on what happened in the past to a single company..... Uplisting is a big deal and will be very good for this stock Now how many Aliases do you have turtle lol

no aliases. There is only 1 toadman I do realize that this is stockhouse and any negativity by a poster equals that they are the bashiest basher that ever bashed. so instead I'll have to go with FANS management is the greatest there has ever been. Only rainbows and unicorns from here forward. Strap in it's rocket to the moon time I agree that the uplist is very good and crucial for this ...more
