Still no Gatling shares...

Still no Gatling shares from the combination in my Fidelity account! Bought some awhile back while waiting and glad I did! Any other U.S. investors get their spinoff shares yet?

I don't think any of us have. Based on the conversation I had quite awhile ago with Dominic at Gatling I assuming the issue is the OTC paperwork although I can't be sure.

I'm with TD here in the states, and have yet to have my shares transferred. The reason being TD has yet to receive the new shares from the transfer agent, why the delay is unknown (perhaps to busy giving themselfs stock options .. see below) The following securities issued and outstanding as of 11/282018 .... Directors, officers and consultants mined 10% of the float ...more

I guess my Gatling is priced pre-split. I did own 50,000 bonterra. for that I now have a little over 7000 shares of Gatling worth $400+ I'm not selling them.

Under what symbol are Gatling shares now listed under in the states for trading? My Gatling shares shows a symbol "GTR CN", not a symbol one can trade under. Thanks

Got and hold my shares as GTR:CA in Fidelity for now. Can trade them as foreign with currency exchange and a $19 fee. Assume they are working on an OTC symbol. However, may still hold as foreign because they may ask an extra $50 US on top of the commission at least for now. Have seen that when trading other Canadian OTC symbols-especially obscure or low liquidity stocks. -Jed
