long, long ago...

I bought some LOV years ago, my first penny gold stock,  and held onto it until Richmont took it over.  Didn't know anything about gold mining then, and probably still don't know much, but I did quite well, especially when my RIC took off.  By that time, the excitement had shifted to Ontario, if I remember correctly.  I do remember there was a family (Rivard?) associated with RIC/LOV.  Also, some related people started something called Adventure Gold.  Are there any old timers here that can tell me how this all relates to Monarch Mining?  When did Beaufor shut down? What happened to Adventure Gold?

Might buy a little GBAR.  Looks intriguing.

Adventure gold started with Monique property and merged with Probe.  Might be worth a look.

Hi stockpunter, Don't know if you are purposely throwing slow pitches my way for me to hit out of the ballpark but here goes.  Your last comment mentions the Monique property.  The Monique property was not acquired by Probe through the direct merger of Adventure Gold.  Drumroll please.....you guessed it Monarch Gold sold the Monique property to Probe in 2020.  How the ...more
