How many eligible shareholders entitled to the Dividend In Kind know there is a four month holding period? When does the period begin and end? How were you informed?

You are correct as their few trades didn't even go to the CSE as myslef noticed when i bought it as my brokerage is TD only. Complaint...

That’s the problem, nobody knows what the the exact terms of the distribution are for shareholders. When will shares be distributed? When does holding period begin and end? Why did they place a holding period on the shares? Remember, this was supposed to be a spinoff with hopes that the Middle East Exchanges would be big deals along with Hyperion STO launch. ...more
