I hope that's all this amounts to. No one has brought forward these claims in an intellectual or non emotional way, so I cannot be certain that it is as bad as they claim it to be. Shidan may or may not be guilty of making bad business deals, but I highly doubt he has criminal charges against him. It definately points to something fishy going on..how screwed would we be if Nolan and Co. sold out the X2 entity to themselves for a couple bucks using someone else to get out with their goods and run??  It definately is possible..we might be left here holding our ballbaggs..

That person who he thought was the CFO Theo trolling on Yahoo board was not Theo.  No that for a fact.  So credibility of that person is not valid on that point.  De they ever point out in Twitter they were wrong about that?
