Going back to the days of Global Blockchain Techologies, anybody find it interesting that the company promoted to the public Jim Rogers being on their team but never sharing he was a skeptic?  Appears misleading and misrepresentation.  In fact an article highlights how stock went up with him on the team.  Also, would executives need to file materials for compliance purposes as a publicly traded company (SEC?) when presenting to the public?...

Metaverse even included a presentation on the website that still included Rogers in a presentation and he claimed he had never heard of the company.

You bet and so do BC investigators.  Some lawyers need to go after the executives in civil courts to hit their personal pocketbooks.  Any Canadian attorneys out there?

Someone on this board suggested I contact William W. Ting which is an investigator from BC. He replied back by email asking me more details but I haven't heard from him since I replied back and quantified my losses (20-30k), maybe he's got bigger fish to fry, but the thing is I'm sure I'm not the only one that lost his pants on this.

Contact SEC too since stock traded on OTC. Someone should sign up as Director, review and audit all emails with transactions by former executives.  Request alll advisor agreements, meetings/notes and payments to advisor and consultants.  Accountants should have files.  Ask for phone records too.  That would be fun.  Look over correspondence with Bushnell too.

I have contacted the CSE. FORK is subject to cease trade orders from two provincial regulators and a suspension from the Exchange.  That’s why it’s not trading. Not sure if there is an ongoing investigation or not, but something's definitely fishy and the CSE knows it

"No regulator is likely to comment on a pending or ongoing investigation unless they’re also taking some sort of action at the same time (e.g. locking up assets, issuing a cease trade order)   More importantly, investigations are

Using Jim Rogers name on materials, websites and articles to attract investors and then discovering he claims that he voiced opinion it would not fail is misleading or misrepresentation.  News article highlighted how stock went up after he joined advisory board illustrates to the general public power of his reputation.  If he took a contrarian opinion to Global Blockchain Techologies

Yes , SOMEONE !!!! And that will be the stumbling block to have this ball rolling . What gets me is why is Global Gaming still trading OTC ?? I am certain that it is Theo van der Linde (CFO) who is the main architect of the debacle of BLOC/GGAM/FORK .
