The phone number and address listed are also the same as 5 other public companies that are now defunct.

People got a bunch of free stock sometime recently. Based on what a couple posters in different places have said.  A couple of them didn't even know why they had gotten them. I think it's restricted stock. Obviously people are selling them before it's worthless.  The company hasn't been communicating in forever. Someone had a bunch of stock it seems or they realized

...agreed....somethings not right here.....but for every seller there has been a buyer.......and for every buyer there has been a seller....why?......and millions of shares in the last month have been traded......why?......right or wrong something is going on.....
