Why are all other stocks up %5

And this is one of the only one that's down? Seems very odd to me. Due to the revenues, patient count, pharmacy deal and low market cap, I can see CGC making an offer +15 a share which would be a steal compared to the mettrum deal. I don't own this, but this is the biggest buy out potential in the market. Sucks that the rest of the investors don't see the potential.

Hold long. This gem will be revealed one day. Biggest target to be acquired in my opinion.

WEED has been my biggest holding since 2014. My second biggest holding was MT until the merger. CMED is now my second biggest holding. I think they are a great compliment under canopy.

MT was VERY similar to this. Low float, low market cap and most days low volume. I always said the cap was off compared to its peers and the market would adjust. It did. Same thing will happen here. Good luck to you guys.

I was a big MT holder, and it does remind me of CMED because of the low float.   But CMED is way lower than what MT was.   In the end, I think the low float is what made it a good target for acquisition, less dilution.

I just had a quick skim through the financials and some things stood out as perhaps maybe why? The $2.47 loss per share...was there a 9 million loss on the quarter, 22 mil for the year? Forgive me, I only spent a few minutes looking it over. Can anyone shine some light on this please?
Comment by The6Kid on Mar 09, 2017 2:28pm
Yes I believe a good chunk of it was from: Recorded net loss of $12.9 million on discontinued operations of PM Power, shares of which were distributed to PPS shareholders. You can sift through the details of PM Power in the prospectus.

I can't remember, but I think they were messy because of depriciation and spinning some hydro company back into Prarie Plant's arms. Sales were up y/y and I think oil sales are supposed to be much bigger this year.

i am almost sure that the street is shorting this stock... it just cant break 11 dollars!!!
Comment by The6Kid on Mar 09, 2017 3:26pm
wait are you trying to say that the street is supressing the stock so they can accumulate as many shares as possible cheap cheap before next weeks run up to Q1 fins?! Then they can start the run up by only having to sell a tiny portion of their accumulated shares because we all know just a 100K shares traded can move this stock a $1 in a day.
Comment by GreenNme on Mar 09, 2017 7:49pm
Thanks for answering my questions about the fins.

I've heard 3 parties are sniffing around about a possible acquisition.....
Comment by AntonChigurh on Mar 09, 2017 6:56pm
I don't like these kind of rumours, but even through the Mettrum premium was super high, CMED should get an even higher one.  CMED is my number one! What else do CMED shareholders like? I got some $IN $KALY $TBP & $LXX Loaded up again today at 10.99, hard work and innovation will pay off! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OxsidA8okzM
