ACB

Well I always thought at CanniMed's meager valuation this day would come, just thought it would be Aphria on the bid side, or Canopy being hostile just because they can.  I expect CanniMed will reject the offer, claiming its undervalued.  Will be a few rounds with Aurora, best case is someone else sees CMED in play and takes a run at them, whether a MJ competitor or big pharama (or alcohol or tobacco).  $24 is low, but is Cannimed really worth more than $1 billion?  Doubt it.  Deal will be done in the low $40's and thats all she wrote IMO>

Also should be noted that CanniMed had >$3/share in working cap at the end of July, likely still holding the majority of that, takes ACB's offer down to $21.  I suggest (or is it hope?) that $24 is just the opening volley.... Skater
