My CMED shares vote for the deal i would much rather be involved with an aggressive and growing ACB looking foreward to the future

Same, if it comes to vote, I go all in ACB and say a YES! I mean, go and look at the absolute quality and accmomplished leadership that MJN, ABCN, WEED, APH, ACB has. Absolute giants sitting in the board room. Then analyze CMED's leadership, day and night.

The problem is the proposal is just not clear to everyone......what is the offer? Is it $24 per share in equivalent ACB shares on a pro rata basis to the closing price today? Yesterday? 20 day average? Is it 3.75 ACB shares per CMED share regardless of closing price? It is just not clear, so a good first step to get shareholders on board would be to specify exactly what the offer is. On another ...more

totally agree regarding how this has gone down. As I noted in a previous post, Board members (which includes reps from the institutional investors, and CEO) collectively own or control 38% of the outstanding shares - the proportion locked up by ACB. When I heard the VP from ACB say that they were approached by a group of ACB shareholders, I realized that it was Cannimed's board that inititated ...more
