Very smart move to not rspond by time given ! Acb offer is not appealing at all and now that HiP is under our belts needs to be re worked . Offer is kind of Mickey Mouse ...

There was really nothing to respond to. How could the BOD respond to a vague press release that ACB put out there to negotiate in public? ACB needs to submit a firm and formal offer to which CMED's BOD can respond, and which will form the basis of negotiations. I would be shocked if this isn't happening all weekend. I'm fully confident that CMED will be gone within a week or so, to ACB ...more

I agree they are not aggressive enough. So much promise, but that was the reason I didn't invest with CMED. I was going to invest as a value play, similar to when I bought Mettrum. Here we are again. I believe the 38% locked up with Aurora essentially blocks competing bids. I don't believe another company would be able to achieve the % necessary to move towards taking over.

Agree here, people are not giving ACB enough credit. They basically predicted a hostile bid in their original press release.  The 38% locked up by ACB is vitally important for 2 reasons: 1. They will block the crappy HIP deal. They have agreed to vote against it already which is stated in the release. That means 82% of remaining shareholders need to vote for the HIP deal in order to get a ...more

i dont not know pal.....I think you are seriously underestimating Cmed management.....I have completed in depth dd and Cmed management has come out on top of all the others
