Board has gone to cr@p.....
Too many ACB morons posting here now.
Just a reminder, if you tender your shares, they are restricted, meaning you cannot do anything with them until the deal closes. Otherwise, make your own decisions and don't be swayed by people pushing their own agendas.

Jesus, couldn't agree more. Say one thing (no matter who's side you're on) and you're attacked. Too many ACB holders coming in to spew their madness. GLTA

No one needs your public service announcement Thor. You are on a lonely island if you prefer a major drop in the share price (CMED/HIP) is better than a big profit (CMED/ACB). Absolutely crazy. Tender your shares everyone so we can line our pockets and put an end to an era of stupidity.

Morons is being kind. My shares are held tightly in my hand. Acb shareholders lack something....

Clearly you're either unaware or haven't had to make a corporate action (such as tendering shares) in your account before, but you can fully withdraw your tender so long as the offer or any extensions are still "open".

In fairness, you may be right, but I would still advise anyone thinking of tendering to double check this with their brokerage. No need to lock-in shares, there is no incentive to do so.

Thanks for clearing that up Stony, and sorry to see you go. I did think the tendered shares would be restricted from trading, but was not exactly sure on the rules around that. I understand your sentiment in not wanting to wait it out to see what happens. Good trading to you.

LOL, I triggered idiotwalk. As Stony has pointed out, you can only revoke the tender for a few days after you have done so. There is no incentive to tender early, every CMED shareholder gets the same number of ACB shares, regardless if you tender now or wait until the deal closes. Make your own decisions and do,what is right for you.

Your the village idiot.....Cmed shareholders are a different breed. They have the ability to do proper dd hence the reason why we own Cmed shares and not acb. Now go back to your hole and stay there. Us cmed holders are a cut above

Dogger, you triggered ValueFart again......he must be really stressed about the 1000 shares he bought at $21 thinking he was going to get a quick flip out at $24. See you later ValueFart, been nice having you as a shareholder for the last 3 weeks.

It appears so....it’s kinda like a badge of honour. At least we know what’s really happening
