NEWSTRIKE 19 Million CANNIMED CEO CRAZY

" Not sure if this deal will go through based upon the prosed take over, but hey why not put my shareholders and company on the line for $19 million if is doesnt"! - Brett Zettle, sounds like real sound leadership no wonder 38% want to jump ship!!!!
Comment by Longtimecoming on Dec 23, 2017 11:51am
Sounding like about 98% that wanna jump ship now. its the best possible idea. the clouds are clearing. to go from 1-13 hmmmm CMED were not doing very well without aurora are we?

LOL, shut up goof. All the ACB goofs are out in full force again. The ACB goofs want us to worry about a ~30M share count after the HIP acquisition, when the ACB share count will be about ~600M if they succeed in acquiring CMED. CMED gets to 30-40 bucks a share easily if we are successful in telling ACB to pi$$ off.  On another note, ACB shareholders are really looking like a vile bunch of ...more

its amazing how smart acb people are. Making price predictions like Cmed gonna tank to less than ipo is brilliant. One question though, if Cmed is only worth what they are saying, why are they so happy acb management wanting to buy at 24? I mean if I thought so little of a transaction the company I owned was contemplating I’d be really pissed. Or maybe they really know the value....I doubt it they ...more

@thorhgb1 your the only goof here, you should be thankfull that these Acb guys are even posting here. You will learn something about stocks. Just know if you want to make money stay tuned to what they are saying like a good little ho..if you invested in Newstrike then kiss that goodbye as well. Bend over and Maybe we'll talk again Wednesday after the announcement goof. If Iam not partying to ...more

Run along little boy. I've been here 18 years, all you fools are '17er noobs. Been through big acquisitions in mining and O&G, and was one of the original funders on the first company WEED acquired, and have about a dozen MMJ investments, some public, some not. I'm doing okay. This was a good board with civil discussion before the ACB trolls with the '17er accounts started ...more

While I agree with you that the ACB offer will likely be sweetened it is hard to take you serious when your claim to fame is being here 18 years.  You show a join date of Member Since: March 1, 2003 for starters how you get 18 years from that is hard to determine. There are of course many new people here because the Marijuana sector is new perhaps you need not be so judgemental.

Really not that hard. I used to be "ThorGB" from 99-03. Comprende?
Comment by BOWDBOWD on Dec 28, 2017 12:53am
Bro you are excatly the same as those retards running cmed, they have been here for while just like you, but havent done tihs !!!!! If you think cmed if better off with newstrike, you're a complete idiot
Comment by dionsays on Dec 28, 2017 1:18am
They are not retards, they Just want the best offer!!!!! I am sure they would acccept APH or WEED with open arms.......face it, they do not want anything to do with ACB.....this only benefit ACB to become a 12 dollar stock, lets say......... Now you give me the song and dance about investors and what they want and whats good for them, you cant please everybody...... someone said long ago said Do I ...more

To each their own i suppose. I personaly am looking forward to all my shares being multiplied x 4.5 or possibly more... let's suppose for arguments sakes ACB goes to 12$ and i own one 21 $ CMED share that means 12 x 4.5 = 54 $ in my pocket i made an extra 33 $ for doing nothing now lets suppose ACBs shares go up to in the 20 $ range in 6 months which i hope it will...( i own many CMED shares ...more

IMO i don't believe our CEO actually cares about what i think. He wants to make money and IMO is acting like a child that got his favorite toy taken away so he wants to break that toy to ensure nobody plays with it again. He did a great job to get us here and now it's time for real growth . I'm willing to take that chance and if it doesn't work out i'll cash out in the positive ...more

I wouldve been so happy getting 4.5 shares for my stock, but now were getting under 3 given ACBs share price. I dont like the HIP deal at all but I think we need to support the management even though its a horrible decision so they can get negotiating leverage with ACB. That said I hope ACB ups their offer because right now its pathetic
Comment by Extalliones on Dec 28, 2017 3:38pm
That not how it works at all.  If ACB moves to $12/share before acquiring CMED, you get exactly TWO shares in ACB for each share you own in CMED.  The current deal maxes out at $24.00 per CMED share.  ACB is currently over $8.00/share, so you’re already only getting less than 3 shares in ACB per share in CMED.
Comment by jeansnfitted on Dec 28, 2017 8:13pm
you are wrong.. aurora is offering a 59% premium of max 24$ cmed to acb's 6.42 as of nov 22nd. which when all is done still gives cmed 4.5 shares for every cmed share. not what current sp are at. https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/aurora-cannabis-launches-takeover-bid-for-cannimed-invites-cannimed-shareholders-to-tender-to-the-bid-659716483.html

Good god, you don't even understand the deal. You are absolutely wrong. The share count payable to CMED holders ratchets down based on ACB's SP. it's right in the offer: The Offer will provide holders of CanniMed Shares with 4.52586207 Aurora Shares for each CanniMed Share, subject to a maximum of $24.00 (the "Cap Price") in Aurora Shares. If, on the earlier of the ...more

Lol sorry maybe that was a bit harsh. Nothing personal just a little late night hockey trash talk. So it's not that your necessarily against the offer, just hoping they up it a bit? I remember reading back in June when Cmed stock was down you guys were hoping Cmed would take 15 from Canopy. Auroras premium is higher. Personally I think it would be a great fit. Wish it went friendly though ...more

In the event that the transaction does not occur, I would think that CMED stock could tank. What remains a mystery to me is why the Board seemingly has/is sitting on their hands. CMED clearly had first mover advantage in the space, management and the Board not being held accountable until now. Its defensable should they HAVE advocated a reasonable strategy, but Newstrike?  Zero revenue; Zero ...more

Agreed! If the deal failed. Cmed will drop lower then ipo. Maybe 8 bucks Newstrike back down to 10 cents. Those 38 percent locked up shares will tank the company and most likely buy ACB.
