While I agree with you that the ACB offer will likely be sweetened it is hard to take you serious when your claim to fame is being here 18 years. You show a join date of Member Since: March 1, 2003 for starters how you get 18 years from that is hard to determine. There are of course many new people here because the Marijuana sector is new perhaps you need not be so judgemental.

I wouldve been so happy getting 4.5 shares for my stock, but now were getting under 3 given ACBs share price. I dont like the HIP deal at all but I think we need to support the management even though its a horrible decision so they can get negotiating leverage with ACB. That said I hope ACB ups their offer because right now its pathetic

That not how it works at all. If ACB moves to $12/share before acquiring CMED, you get exactly TWO shares in ACB for each share you own in CMED. The current deal maxes out at $24.00 per CMED share. ACB is currently over $8.00/share, so you’re already only getting less than 3 shares in ACB per share in CMED.

you are wrong.. aurora is offering a 59% premium of max 24$ cmed to acb's 6.42 as of nov 22nd. which when all is done still gives cmed 4.5 shares for every cmed share. not what current sp are at. https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/aurora-cannabis-launches-takeover-bid-for-cannimed-invites-cannimed-shareholders-to-tender-to-the-bid-659716483.html

Agreed! If the deal failed. Cmed will drop lower then ipo. Maybe 8 bucks Newstrike back down to 10 cents. Those 38 percent locked up shares will tank the company and most likely buy ACB.
