Don't tender you CMED for anything less than $48!!!

With ACB selling for $14.09 now, if we apply the original offer of 4.53 ACB shares for each CMED shares, the fair value for CMED is $63.82!!! Aurora will have to uncap the offer at the stink price of $24 since nobody with any intelligence at CMED will take that low. The vote will be NO!!! Is it true Cam said the offer would be raisd to $48? Why $48 and not $60+++ Everyone ok with $48 per share for CMED? I need to get back in touch with Cam! Buddy was promoted to CCO LOL

ACB won't raise the offer price because that would dilute the sh!t of of their already diluted share structure. Picking up CMED for less than 2 shares when at first they presented 4.53 shares. Oh I love it! CMED now go buy HIP at $2.16 per share, should be the other wa around. Stupid fuk*in closers.

@dogger05, with all due respect, you're out to lunch on this, and I sold at $21. Best move I ever made!

It's 24 dollars a share... you aren't getting 4.5 for 1... read the offer and the read how hostile takeovers work.... they should make people take a test before posting. even as your main man says it "big fat acb" can't afford to pay 4.5 shares. I'm happy either way, but you'll be begging for 24 dollars a share if the deal drops. Cmed does not currently play with ...more

@Stckguy2014, Great Post, exactly what I was trying to say. You're right on the money!

I think the best part about all this has to be them calling Acb greedy. I'm sure if both CEOs sat at a table they could of figured out a good number, it could of be 30 dollars a share. But now suddenly they want 4.5 times market price, give me a break, that's never going to happen. thw next couple weeks will be exciting, all I know, is I would rather be holding Acb shares if the deal ...more
