Who's paying cmed's millions of $$$'s to sue ACB?????

Are we (cmed's stockholders) paying the bill for lawsuit!!!!

Not if we vote for the takeover we won't. If Cmed wanted to keep ownership and leadership IMO this was a really, really bad move. Makes one speculate if the takeover is imminent and this is a ploy to drive down ACB SP so Cmed shareholders can acquire more ACB shares.

acb and cmed shares will be down so how would they gain anymore shares. This is not going to help cmed's share price at all or what they get
Comment by Bagofhammers on Jan 12, 2018 9:12pm
This is how he bites back at ACB, drag down their SP but his at the same time, at the expense of shareholders.  Damn everyone. What a jackoff
Comment by Nicepackagedude on Jan 12, 2018 9:37pm
yes and he talks about protecting his shareholders SP value, this guys a joke!
Comment by newtothis0 on Jan 12, 2018 9:16pm
dragging down both stocks prices, would that not be like cancelling out any gains for cmed that he expected?
Comment by Bagofhammers on Jan 12, 2018 9:21pm
Has he not cashed in any shares between Nov.17 - Jan.10? You don't lose if you don't sell.

Our CEO's lawsuit is an extremely expensive way to intimidate Cannimed's shareholders and yes, we will be paying inflated legal fees for this. I wish he would just get on with things.
